Hi, I'm Kristina. I am an experienced counsellor and CBT therapist, having worked in health and social care since 2003, helping individuals from all walks of life find ways to cope with their difficulties.
I am fully accredited with both the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

When working with you, I take a dynamic and proactive approach, using a range of therapeutic methods. I can help you with anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem and stress- things that may impact on having a fulfilled life and healthy relationships.
I currently provide all therapy sessions via Zoom or by telephone appointments.
